Weekly communication whilst updated in terms of the people through our property being "hot - warm or cold" did not reflect in the graphs and stats. Two days before the auction the graphs and stats indicated that we should have had up to 12 buyers registered however there were only 2. Had we read the entire report and not relied on the graphs and stats we would have cancelled the auction thus saving the auctioneer cost. It was only after reading the entire report that a large number of the "hot to warm" people had been changed to cold however as stated did not reflect in the graph. Graphs and stats are the key starting points to any report.
