Justin is very hard working, with a keen sense of wanting to meet the explicit needs of his clients. He opened our house for hour-long time slots, not just for perfunctory shorter times. He was unfailingly courteous and good spirited. A delight to deal with. He sold our house with the guarantee that he would not 'under-sell' just in the interest of getting a sale. We had great confidence in him. But beyond these qualities that make him a stand-out agent, he was formerly a plumber by trade. He has a tradesman's eye to small things that need to be fixed, and often exercised his handyman skills himself when he saw a small problem in a property. Even after settlement he came around with the offer to install a dishwasher for us! Surely this kind of generosity of spirit is over an above anything that might usually be demanded of an estate agent!
