We did not have a positive experience with Justin. Pushy salesman tactics including coming around to our house at 8pm on a Friday evening trying to get us to offer more money (even though there were no other offers). Would tell you what you wanted to hear so couldn’t trust information. Unprofessional eg a number of errors in the contract (including spelling errors). This held up getting finance approved as the bank rejected the contract and we had to get a variation for the errors. Moved into house to find aircon flap broken (the flap had been held up by pieces of wood and the aircon had always been presented as on whenever we viewed the property. A low move.

Justin is a very approachable agent who is hard working and persistent to get a deal accross the line. His communication and level of service is exceptional and i would highly recommend using Justin to any seller.
