Justin is a great agent and he can deliver what he said. But sometime to act on behalf of vendor, need to stand more on vendor's side.

I was scarred to sell my property but under the circumstances I needed too. Justin may me confident and give me the willingness to do so. From the moment I met Justin I knew he was a cut above the rest. The way he presented himself, his personality, manners, respect and confidence give you the feeling he's been doing this a long time. Upon finding out my estimate how long he's actually been doing this for, was considerably wrong...... I was very surprised! that such a young man exudes knowledge respect and confidence in giving you the best advice for Melbourne's hot property market. Short in stature (haha sorry mate). But huge in personality this is the guy I would fly across the country to sell my home. From start to finish he not only met every high standard i had expected of him ,but he exceeded it all! Making it all look so easy. To do all this as well as dealing with me wanting to constantly upgrade repair or replace something in the house is a credit to him his parents and his employers. While already being placed and advertised on the market! Like a seasoned pro he stayed calm, motivated and excited over the 4 week campaign.
