From the moment I met Justin I knew he was a cut above the rest. The way he presented himself, his personality, manners, respect and confidence give you the feeling he's been doing this a long time. Upon finding out my estimate how long he's actually been doing this for, was considerably wrong...... I was very surprised! that such a young man exudes knowledge respect and confidence in giving you the best advice for Melbourne's hot property market. Short in stature (haha sorry mate). But huge in personality this is the guy I would fly across the country to sell my home. From start to finish he not only met every high standard i had expected of him ,but he exceeded it all! Making it all look so easy. To do all this as well as dealing with me wanting to constantly upgrade repair or replace something in the house is a credit to him his parents and his employers. While already being placed and advertised on the market! Like a seasoned pro he stayed calm, motivated and excited over the 4 week campaign. Even when i was cleaning and touching up last minute items and the first clients entered the house, he would strongly suggest leaving for 20 mins in the calmest and nicest of ways. I didn't think it was going to get any better until he did what many OTHER sales people in all different aspects of retail have promised but failed to do.......... HE KEPT HIS PROMISE AND DELIVERED ON WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD. Training and mentoring another amazingly well mannered presented and spoken young man Ahmed. Whos ability to make you feel like youve been friends for quite some time already is a tribute to ypa and Justins mentoring. In closing id like to say that what started off as a business relationship, has definitely come more after all this man helped us to move on from our family home with plenty for the house of our dreams..... and if you treat every customer like this.
