The property we were selling failed building and pest with some major works identified as being required. Firstly we are thankful that Justin helped us sell our unit. We should have gone to him first instead of another Real Estate Agency that did a very sloppy job and charged us an upfront fee of $1450. Hopeless . We were recommended to seek Watt Realty for assistance. From the word GO Justin or his associate would keep us informed weekly of the viewings they had. Justin would advise how to adjust our price to make our property sellable. His knowledge of the market is good. His advice is reasonable and valuable. Above all he has no upfront fees . We used the same advertsing photos from the first Agency. So we had nothing to pay there too. All we paid in the end was just his well earned commision.
