My appreciation to Justin and his staff for their efforts in selling my townhouse. Settlement was effected without any issues. I have dealt with this real estate for 13 years and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Staff have always been polite and extremely efficient in all dealing with me over this long period.
I rated Justin 5 stars because of his service, knowledge and negotiation skills are second to none. Years ago I bought what could be describe as a small unit with some issues. i.e. the layout was a bit funny, in an old complex, the building was run down but when I bought it I was thinking long term and the market was hot. Fast forward to a market that is now flooded with units and I wasn't thinking to positively about getting a good result but Justin got the job done.
Justin is an active "hands on" agent who's knowledge of the local area is impressive.
