Market knowledge was good but the experience was frustrated by difficult buyers who I feel were not as well managed as they might have been. Sometimes I felt Kai was just telling me what I wanted to hear instead of what was actually happening. I certainly was not getting the truth about the first buyer who was just a waste of time. The second buyer asked to have the settlement put forward which wasted a morning whilst I chased my bank and solicitor only to find out later that she did not know when she would be ready to settle. Could have been avoided if Kai had asked relevant questions before contacting me. He also continued to try to contact me late afternoons despite my rarely being available at this time. Glad the property has now been sold but a frustrating experience.

From the start we knew our property purchase was going to be a bit more involved, we were buying from a person who had brought off the plan, and couldn’t proceed with the buy on the completion of the project. Further more the seller, us and the property we’re all in different states, Kai had a big job on this hands here. Kai directed us to a very good local Solicitor, and acted as negotiator between the three of us, things got messy and the seller rescinded their purchase from the developer, we then became the 1st buyer and negotiations between us and the developer took its course, with Kai keeping us informed every step of the way. We know that without Kai’s dedication we would have pulled out of this purchase, but we are so pleased that Kai went way beyond his job description, to look after our needs and well-being.
