The negotiations were done with integrity, the result was a good one for Seller and buyer with good information being passed to both parties over the whole process so we understood the situation clearly. Kai was at all times accommodating with inspection times and liaisons with the building manager. His multilingual skills were invaluable and his cultural knowledge important in the process.
