I don’t usually write reviews / however - Kaine did a great job selling me my property and then a great job “selling it FOR me” He sold our place off market and made it very easy for me and the other owner. He managed us both well and our expectations we’re met. Being on the other end as a purchaser and being in sales myself I am impressed also at how he sold me the place originally. Professional, knowledgeable and just enjoyable to deal with.... I could have gone anywhere to choose who to sell our place but Kaines work proved the difference. I think it doesn’t hurt that he has been in the same office for id say ten years at a guess and also the Belle support team he has is terrific both in sales and management. Re reading this review it sounds a bit over positive but really I am just very happy over all with all dealings I have had with Belle Cairs even before that was their trading name....

You want the truth, well I think you Agents actually work more for the buyers than the sellers and we pay the commission. I think Kaine could have got more for my unit as it was clearly worth more. Bottom line I know was my fault for accepting less but was in a railway station interstate when offer was made. I think it is time agents worked more for the sellers not other way around. Hence my reluctance to answe the appraisal before, but you keep insisting!
