Kaine was really competent. He looked after my sale and it all went smoothly and quickly.

We first had dealings with Kaine roughly 8yrs ago when he assisted us to purchase the Unit that we have now just sold .. once again with Kaine's assistance. Kaine's demeanour is one of a gentleman. He comes across as totally inobtrusive but exudes a subtle sense of success and confidence and is obviously driven within his career. We have always felt safe and secure with any dealings that we have had with Kaine .. he offers a professionalism and an efficiency that gives you great confidence. Kaine isn't an in your face salesman but what he brings to the table is always a respected opinion and we feel his skill set and attitude to clients much be highly valued. I don’t usually write reviews / however - Kaine did a great job selling me my property and then a great job “selling it FOR me” He sold our place off market and made it very easy for me and the other owner. He managed us both well and our expectations we’re met. Being on the other end as a purchaser and being in sales myself I am impressed also at how he sold me the place originally. Professional, knowledgeable and just enjoyable to deal with.... I could have gone anywhere to choose who to sell our place but Kaines work proved the difference. I think it doesn’t hurt that he has been in the same office for id say ten years at a guess and also the Belle support team he has is terrific both in sales and management. Re reading this review it sounds a bit over positive but really I am just very happy over all with all dealings I have had with Belle Cairs even before that was their trading name....
