The purchase of this property was made possible by Kaine who took the trouble to find out what we were looking for - and found it even though it was not on the market. The whole experience was very pleasant and made easier by Kaine's commitment and professionalism. Everything was followed up promptly and his communication was excellent. I would highly recommend his services.
Sold our property in 5 days when there were other agents with nearly same property same pricing on market for many months . Sold and settled in under 28 days
You want the truth, well I think you Agents actually work more for the buyers than the sellers and we pay the commission. I think Kaine could have got more for my unit as it was clearly worth more. Bottom line I know was my fault for accepting less but was in a railway station interstate when offer was made. I think it is time agents worked more for the sellers not other way around. Hence my reluctance to answe the appraisal before, but you keep insisting!
I was very happy with Kaine. He was always reliable, helpful and I felt he was there to focus on the sale instead of playing tag between all parties involved. He made the process simple and had everyone's interests in mind. Very happy.
If you need an agent to sell your Cairns North unit, look no further. Kaine's knowledge and skills got us the result we were looking for. Open, straight talking and no blue sky. Couldn't have asked for more.
Kane was very good with his communication and helpful throughout the complete process. He was also very honest and would have no worries recommending him to any buyer or seller.
It was all to easy with Kaine I would highly recommend him to anyone
We would highly recommend Kaine for selling, buying and renting. He is a person who's genuine and down to earth. Can't get better than that. He went out of his way to make sure our sale was a smooth one. Was always available and obliging if we had any issues. Thanks Kaine and all the best for the future Kay and Kel
Good to deal with, honest with you, knows his prices and explains things as they are.
Kaine was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of our property keeping us informed as information came to hand. Prompt, Polite and Professional. Highly Recommended!
Kaine kept in contact the whole time, and allowed me to relax through the ups and downs. Was very understanding, and negotiated with no complaints or hiccups.
