Finally we come across an agent who is upfront, tells you how it is, lets you know what you need to do to win a property but also shows you respect and value's what you have to bring to the table. After 12 months of searching and missed properties from under quoted valuations and miss-leading advice we were very disheartened. We then meet Kaining who is professional and knowledgeable. after searching for a home for over 2 years we came upon the home we recently bought. Dealing with Kaining was a JOY! Honest, thorough, thoughtful and respectful she went beyond to ensure there was honest conversation. At our final inspection that was only meant to last 30mins she allowed our family to enjoy our new home for over an hour and a half ,did not rush us and also gave us information other agents had passed of as "we are not sure". There is no nonsense with Kaining, she is not a regular agent, she is committed to the seller and also the buyer.
