Very experienced and friendly team to work with

I had a great experience working with Kalley. He never hesitated to ask the right questions and advised us on what was realistic versus our expectations. He always kept us in check to ensure we were on track. His professional attitude and commitment to getting things done on time stood out. Kalley went out of his way to find solutions when others were negative, which made me more confident to work with him. We signed with him, and within a month, he sold our property—even when the market wasn't great and buyers were bargaining for very low prices. Our daily discussions with Kalley kept us informed, and he achieved the amount we were hoping for. I highly recommend Kalley to anyone looking to sell their residential or commercial properties in Melbourne. People often say you need to be local to sell a property, but he proved them wrong by putting the customer's interests first and working hard to achieve the right outcome.

My property has been listed with this Agent not for so long but the Agent has already proved their performance not only by their words ! My house had been well organised by Kalley Singh to place it on the market just within the first week. It’s unbelievable how quickly and keenly Kalley and their team were on selling my property. Kalley and his team also had opened the house for inspection just in the first week after listed it. They are not local Agent but this was impressed me very much as they spent much travel time from a long distance to showed my house to prospective buyers. I must give a 5 star credit to this energetic team who also were professional and hard working Agents who I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about selling their property but we’re unsure who is the best Agent to choose. Please share your experience here to anyone else should you decided to select them and agrees with what I have shared. In conclusion, I have been wasting much of my valuable time and regret that I did not priority list my house with Kalley Singh at the first time.

We are extremely pleased with Kalley Singh and his team of dedicated colleagues. From day one till the sale date and much after we were continuously engaged, informed of the progress as well as what the trends are like from potential buyers. Where required extra opens were conveniently organised by Kalley's team without much hassle to the tenants at the property. One would often get auto generated reports online these days but then as a vendor your concerns and worries persist and this is where we felt that there was open, insightfull and transparent communication from Kalley Singh and his team.
