We had a very honest and ultimately rewarding experience with Kannan. He even continued to assist us with some issues weeks after our settlement date.

When their were issues to be fixed Kannan communicated a plan of action and he was prompt in his delivery to help me solve the issues which I really appreciated. His advice was reliable and usually spot on due to his experience in the real estate market. He was always friendly, patiently explaining things when needed and he always kept me informed. He was always on time when I had arranged to meet him for inspections or to let a tradesman into my property. I had good experiences purchasing my properties with his help and I would recommend him to my family and friends to help them buying a property.
