Selling my house was made much easier thanks to Kannan's efforts. While it took a little longer to sell than anticipated, due to a variety of factors (had nothing to do with the agent, just out of our control factors); I'm pleased I went with Kannan and the LOVE R/E team. It was a very simple and hassle-free process, and Kannan made things easy to understand and he always kept me informed with potential buyers and inspections. I appreciated his consideration when arranging after hours inspections as he made sure I wasn't inconvenienced and I was always provided with feedback. If I had another house in the area to sell, Kannan would be my 'go-to'!
