I met Kapil few months ago when he knocked on my door to introduce himself as a new member of LJ Hooker in Beenleigh. We had a chat about properties and life in general and he left me his card in case we were looking to sell. Some time after this my partner did decide to sell as we had to move to Mackay due to work commitments. We were looking for a good real estate agent and cos I met Kapil before and I still had his card we decided to give him a go. I found Kapil really easy to talk to. He was always willing to listen to any concerns we had and give good advice. He's a genuinely nice guy and felt more like a friend than real estate agent and I mean it as a compliment. When we put up the house for sale Kapil introduced us to Trina and they both worked hard as a team to advice us on what needs to be done to get the place looking it's best. Once we put the place on the market we had one open house and already 8 offers. The place sold fast and for better price than we could even imagine. Kapil and Trina exceeded our expectations and we will be forever grateful for all the work they put in. Not only they sold our house for a great price but they also wrote recommendation/reference letter for us to help us with finding rental property in Mackay( thank you again). Also on our last day in Brisbane Kapil took time out of work to see us off and to give us settlement gift\thank you gift from LJ Hooker which was great by the way 😀 Kapil- both Joel and I wish you all the best in your career and thank you for everything you've done for us.
