Kapil surpassed our expectations a million times over, delivering exceptional service throughout our first ever real estate journey. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine friendliness made the whole process seamless and enjoyable - he guided us attentively, addressing all our concerns with empathy and patience. Kapil's responsiveness and commitment to the job were remarkable. We wholeheartedly recommend him as a standout real estate agent!!! Thank you, Kapil, for your outstanding work!

Kapil is such a genuine and kind real estate agent! Rare to find. We were first home buyers and had ran into many other intimidating real estate agents, so seeing Kapil was a breath of fresh air! Without him being such a great help to us, we may not have gone through with our purchase.

Kapil Thakur from L J Hooker, Beenleigh has been the most outstanding Sales Consultant we have dealt with. We were impressed by Kapil's attitude and knowledge of the market. He listened to our needs and provided guidance and advice. He went over and beyond the call of his duty to ensure we had the contacts we needed. The excellent service and professionalism we received from Kapil was of an extremely high calibre. We wholeheartedly recommend Kapil to anyone buying or selling a property.

Kapil and the LJ Hooker team were very knowledgeable and up-to-date with the current market. Communication was outstanding and their compassion in our particular situation was welcomed and made the whole process easy.

Kapil helped my partner and myself purchase our first home. He made the process super easy by keeping us in the loop with the whole purchase. Very friendly and professional. Thank you Kapil

I met Kapil few months ago when he knocked on my door to introduce himself as a new member of LJ Hooker in Beenleigh. We had a chat about properties and life in general and he left me his card in case we were looking to sell. Some time after this my partner did decide to sell as we had to move to Mackay due to work commitments. We were looking for a good real estate agent and cos I met Kapil before and I still had his card we decided to give him a go. I found Kapil really easy to talk to. He was always willing to listen to any concerns we had and give good advice. He's a genuinely nice guy and felt more like a friend than  real estate agent and I mean it as a compliment. When we put up the house for sale Kapil introduced us to Trina and they both worked hard as a team to advice us on what needs to be done to get the place looking it's best. Once we put the place on the market we had one open house and already 8 offers. The place sold fast and for better price than we could even imagine. Kapil and Trina exceeded our expectations and we will be forever grateful for all the work they put in. Not only they sold our house for a great price but they also wrote recommendation/reference letter for us to help us with finding rental property in Mackay( thank you again). Also on our last day in Brisbane Kapil took time out of work to see us off and to give us settlement gift\thank you gift from LJ Hooker which was great by the way 😀  Kapil- both Joel and I wish you all the best in your career and thank you for everything you've done for us. If anyone is considering selling their property and looking for a great real estate agent give Kapil a go. You won't regret it! Kamila

Awesome job from Kapil, great communication with any changes or questions that needed answering. Friendly and easy to talk to.

Kapil had exceptional knowledge of the market and made buying our first home a wonderful experience.

We appointed Kapil to help us in selling our Fathers home. We found Kapil to be very understanding & offered some great advice & tips on how we can get a better sell price. He kept us up to date on all aspects throughout the sale process and we felt confident that our Fathers property was in good hands. We were very happy with the end result and would thoroughly recommend Kapil, Trina and the LJ Hooker Beenleigh team. Thank you!

We found Kapil to be very friendly and helpful to us in all areas when selling our home. He was honest and we trusted him. He did not let us down. Would highly recommend him to anyone selling their kingdom.

Absolutely spot on could not have asked for a better service from beginning to end.
