Karen was fantastic when we decided to sell our house. Karen knew I was of two minds about selling, she put my mind at peace with her knowledge,understanding and personal care. Karen talked to us in a friendly professional manner and took the time to explain the ins & outs , so even I could understand. Karen worked with us for the best possible outcome. Karen went above and beyond her duties, seeing us out of 'business' hours and even on a Sunday without any complaint at all!
