Karen was fantastic when we decided to sell our house. Karen knew I was of two minds about selling, she put my mind at peace with her knowledge,understanding and personal care. Karen talked to us in a friendly professional manner and took the time to explain the ins & outs , so even I could understand. Karen worked with us for the best possible outcome. Karen went above and beyond her duties, seeing us out of 'business' hours and even on a Sunday without any complaint at all! My partner and I had been looking for our first home for almost 18 months, and as soon as we spoke with Karen, we had bought our home in 5 days. I enlisted Karen as the agent to sell my home due to 1.Karen being a local and knowing the area, 2. Karen's reputation and also the fact that it was common knowledge that Karen was selling house faster than she could list them as I often saw her "Wanted to buy/Looking for" property adds on Social Media and Newspaper Ads.
