Regular communications that let us know they were always discussing and planning the next move, and the tenacity of a bulldog when they found parties interested. Not the cheapest option by far, but certainly able to get results.

Karen has now sold 2 of our homes situated in Dubbo NSW. Karen has a wonderful understanding of the market and a strong database of potential purchasers. Karen has sold both our properties on the first open home with the weather against her both times (pouring rain). Karen is great at getting the best result but at the same time looking after the purchasers needs.
