I have known Karen Chant (and the company she works for) for a HUGE number of years. I engaged Karen to sell a Duplex for me in 2014. She communicated to me during the process, advising me etc. When we listed she had an open house and offers were fielded on the first unit. I did not wish to sell at the offers I received and I did not inform Karen what I wanted. Within two days she hit the figure I wanted. She then informed me that someone wanted the other half of the duplex but would not pay any more than "x dollars". I told her get me the same as the other and I will sell. 3 days later she achieved the figure. I am not good at writing references etc, but if I was selling property again tomorrow I would engage Karen again. I am sorry for not having written this review a lot earlier, but then I am also sorry for not engaging Karen's services for even managing my property mush earlier. Cheers.
