From our very first interaction, to say Karen has been outstanding is an understatement. Her professionalism, promptness and work ethic is like one that is very rarely seen and is one of a kind. Proof of this is that both Karen and Josh were working one Saturday night past 11pm trying to work out how to send me a video walk through of the property. This was definitely not expected but clearly did it out of the pure passion she has for what she does and wanting to deliver great service. I never thought I would purchase a property without physically seeing it first, but thanks to Karen, she made it absolutely seamless. Karen & Josh are truly a cut above the rest!
