Josh grew up in Ballarat, spending some years in Melbourne before returning with his wife Karen to raise their children, Poppy and Isaac. Josh has a working background in analytics’ and has been in management positions in a number of national retailers before starting his career in real estate. This drives his interest and understanding of the local market statistics. The unique Ballarat market is constantly evolving, and Josh always likes to be one step ahead of the continuing changes. Previously he was involved in athletics, competing internationally and was a Stawell Gift finalist. Josh still enjoys keeping fit and getting out for a run with his wife Karen. After work Josh enjoys family time, going to his daughter Poppy’s dancing classes and son Isaac’s basketball games.

Made selling our house a pleasant experience

Selling our house was a stressful experience , as we had already had purchased our new house. Josh and Karen were wonderful to deal with . They answered all our queries promptly. This was fantastic , as were always kept up to date with potential buyers. We were fortunate to sell under 3 weeks. This was due to Josh and Karen’s diligence. Loved our experience!!!

We just bought our house with Katie and cant be happier with how helpful she's been. :) very relaxed yet professional in how Katie looked after us, from the moment we walked into the open house to signing the dotted lines. Also very accommodating. Would recommend Katie to anyone lookin to buy AND/OR sell in the future.

Katie was awesome to deal with.

Katie was very knowledgeable with her job. Wonderful to work with and I have already recommended her to a couple of my friends. Always had a smile and made me feel very easy about what was going on considering the fact that I have lived in my home for over 31 years. Didn’t try to be pushy. That would have got her nowhere. Absolute pleasure to deal with.
