Karen Crasto is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. She was always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked for. From the first time I reached out to Karen, she answered immediately, and from there on out she was very responsive. She was a true professional.
