Karen Crasto is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. She was always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked for. These agents told me to be realistic about my price range which was a price I was not happy to sell for. After my initial conversation with Karen, she provided me with a market analysis and gave me a potential price range which was above my asking price. She explained why my property would sell for that particular range and gave proper reasoning. Karen was able to secure a price well above what I was happy to sell for. She went above and beyond to get the absolute maximum. The final price landed in the higher bracket of what she initially said it would sell for. Karen's greatest strength is her ability to negotiate with potential buyers. My property sold during a COVID lock down and she was still able to push buyers up in price. Karen takes a very personalized approach and delivers quality over quantity. Her rates are fair and level of service is exceptional. She is very responsive and provided me with consistent updates. Overall, I highly recommend Karen's services and would definitely use her again in the future.
