The open houses were always well attended and I didn't have to worry about too many unscheduled visits because the ladies respected that I was living in the home the with kids. The email and phone communication was just the right amount of keeping me in loop without overwhelming me. They also supported me through many moments of cold feet, in fact, it was like they were quietly and confidently holding my hand the whole way through! I also think that them being women who grew up in the area really helped. Lane Cove is still a village, so you want a local who knows the area, the schools, the shops, and all the little nuances as well and the people in it, it really helps with introducing the right buyers and helping them know that the are buying the right house in the right area. I have to add, I have had experience with other agents who come in from out of the area and really just don't care about anything other than their commission, it was awful to see how many people those agents have done over.
