I have dealt with Karen on two occasion. First when she sold me the property, more 4 years ago. She has had the courtesy to keep in touch with me on a regular basis, informing me how the specific area was performing. As I bought it for a rental proposition, this was much appreciated. I had no hesitation to appoint her as my agent for reselling the property. It most certainly paid off, karen obtained an unconditional contract at very first viewing.
