Karen is a very good agent and I recommend her to anyone who wishes to buy or sell their property

Karen was recommended to me by a fellow unit owner in my complex and I have been delighted with her knowledge and honesty in her dealings with myself and selling my home espically since the down turn in the market in recent months. My thanks to Karen for now enabling me to go to the next stage of my life's journey.I would highly recommend to anybody thinking of selling their homes to make she you get the best in this area namely Karen Finch even though she is a POM Rod Morphett 20/21 Hall Road Carrum Downs

Karen has good local knowledge and communication. She guided us through the entire process and was flexible in her approach. I also liked how Karen worked for us to achieve a sale price well above our expectations and a speedy sale date. The agent Karen is part of is a friendly and helpful team. Karen helped us into a rental when we sold whilst we build which was fantastic and stress free. Highly recommend Karen for her professionalism, fast communication and going above and beyond before and after our sale. Local agents are great.

This was our second time working with the Donovan’s team. Karen supported us through the entire process of selling our first home, and purchasing our forever home. She was with us every step of the way from advising us on getting the house ready for sale, to finding us a second buyer after the first sale fell through, to offering to send a cleaner in the day before moving day after our cleaner cancelled. Karen dealt with every issue quickly, and was never more than a phone call away, we knew we were in good hands! Karen’s knowledge and professionalism is second to none, and we would happily recommend her services to anyone looking to buy and sell. Thank you Karen, for everything!

Karen is a trustworthy agent with a professional approach, giving you a confidence needed to accomplish the business deal. Highly recommended.

Karen was terrific. From the start I was confident she would get my house sold and with the best possible price. She communicated frequently and always gave lots of feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any other Vendors. Thanks Karen, Great Job

Having lived in the one place for 22 years, we were completely out of touch with the real estate market, and what we needed to do when we decided to sell. We had a few agents from different companies come to value the property and talk to us, and we found Karen to be very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. She guided us through all the details, stayed in constant contact, and got us a price we would not have thought possible given the competition in the area - and after only one open house too, so minimal stress on our part! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen to anyone thinking of selling, we think she did an absolutely wonderful job. Thanks again Karen - Leon & Lorraine S.

Karen has recently assisted me with selling my investment property that I had put my heart and soul into. I had seen the results that she had achieved with the other local properties and knew she would be the one to achieve my expectations. Karen Is enthusiastic and well prepared, and extremely down to earth and realistic. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the decoration and photographs, and everything in between from start to finish. The offers started To come in and through Karen’s Dedication and determination, and My asking price was achieved. I would not hesitate to recommend Karen Finch to anyone. Thanks Karen!
