Karen is always a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I built a valued relationship with her over the last couple of years as we considered at various times whether to downsize. She is very experienced and was a reassuring presence during the subsequent sale of our property. Karen has supported us over a long period of time as we prepared the house with encouragement and explaining all the requirement. She has helped with information about what was happening in the market and what we needed to do. When it came to put the house on the market she guided us and listened to what we wanted to do. She had contacts who made the house look amazing when photographed and when things needed to be sorted, done in a timely manner and excellently. She was supportive of both seller and buyer. Which resulted in both having a positive experience.
