Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Could we have found a better agent? I doubt it. Clear and concise communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Even after office hours, Nicola always gave us the answers we were looking for. Wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. Thoroughly recommended.

Professional, trustworthy, integral and honest

From the very beginning, Nicola was very honest and direct about the sale of our property. Whilst so many others came with the promise of big numbers we later found out they had no business promising, Nicola was very upfront about our unique situation. We sold in the beginning of the weird downturn in the market and even though there weren’t people flocking to home opens like there previously were a few months prior, she keep reminding us it would all be okay whenever we got nervous and felt like hope was running low. Nicola’s experience and marketing knowledge is 100% what grabbed the attention of potential buyers and what fetched our home record price, regardless of the weird turn in the market. I would truly recommend no other. Nicola has something rare with agents… integrity. She truly does try her hardest by all her clients and gives every job her all making every client feel like a priority. I don’t know how she does it while also having a life outside of work but she makes it totally seamless. Nicola, we cannot thank you enough and we know you’re headed for being one of the greatest in Perth purely just because of your level of integrity and professionalism.
