Karen was lovely to deal with, given the current market there is not a lot of communication or negotiation needed but Karen knew what we wanted and spoke to the expected buyers with our expectations. Karen was also communicative the whole time there were finance issues with the new buyer giving us professional advise as we slowly progressed.
