For 2 years before we sold our house Karen kept us informed on what was happening in the market in our area. When we decided to sell she gave us advice about marketing - what was needed to prepare our house for sale and how to go about advertising. Karen was very patient and we appreciated her expertise and efficiency. She organized the photography, advertising and listing.
