We found Karen McCormick very professional and honest with the selling of our home and we were thrilled with the quick result of the sale of our home and would highly recommend her to potential sellers and buyers. Thanks! again Karen.
Karen provided excellent service. She was honest about the value of the property and what was needed to bring it to an acceptable level for my needs. She also made herself available for me to view the property as necessary and expeditiously communicated my offer to the vendor. I would happily recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase a property.
I had two properties sold through Karen both achieved the target money. Fast freindly and great communication.
Karen sold our house very quickly with little fuss and being the top sold in the estate. Thanks
All in all Karen made selling our house very easy and stress free. We felt very comfortable and confident in Karens ability. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their house quickly and problem free.
Karen knew the market, was always on time, negotiated well on my behalf and got a good price. What is more she sold my house in 9 days, just what I wanted.
