Karen had a great deal of knowledge about the property and the area in which we bought. She was able to inform us about the rental return from the appraisal and spoke confidently about the features of the property that could benefit us with the investment aspect of our purchase. Karen was prompt in her responses and answered all of our questions. She was extremely flexible with her time to ensure it worked for us including after office hours and weekends. Karen ensured we understood the process well and made purchasing this home effortless.

We asked for second look at the property on the same day as the open house and Karen made time to allow us a second peek. Additionally Karen availed herself for a 3rd time so we could check some measurements. Never a problem always pleasant to deal with.

Karen was fantastic in helping us find and purchase our first home within our budget, she organised contacts for us with Conveyancing and inspections, and is advising us with planning renovations we wanted.
