Karen is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. She is professional and timely and has a wealth of industry knowledge. This is the second time I’ve asked Karen to help and my sale was particularly difficult but Karen handled it in her stride. If you’re looking for the best agent in the Hallett Cove area look no further, she has been an absolutely amazing agent.
Karen gave us an honest appraisal resulting in a good price. Her professionalism and knowledge of her industry enabled us to have a fuss free selling process. Communication from Karen and her colleague Tom was timely and kept us fully informed. Highly recommend Karen and her team.
We had an amazing experience working with Karen. She made the process of buying a house incredibly smooth and stress-free. Her expertise and responsiveness were exceptional. We were cautious at the open inspection as she was representing the vendor but were happily suprised and impressed with how genuine she was. We highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a home. 10/10!
Karen worked around some unique requirements in the sale process and we gained an "off market" sale. She guided us to some trustworthy trades people. My home got an unflattering appraisal pre sale inspection and the buyer offered a lower price. Karen advised for me not to reduce the price and found an independent inspector who was more realistic and though it cost me, I was well rewarded buy a return to the original offer. It speaks to Karen's integrity that she recommended that I hold out. The house price does not vary the percentage of agent fees that much however the extra money was of great importance to me.
Working within tight timeframes Karen and the team guided us right through from getting our home ready, to all the busy open inspections and finally to settlement. Karen has an in-depth knowledge of the market and she delivered an excellent outcome.
Karen was full of advise and enthusiasm right from the initial phone call. She explained the sales process including potential issues that my arise with the sale of any property. With Karen's Local knowledge and large data base of potential clients we were able to secure a favourable off market sale. Our next property sale will definitely be listed with Karen.
Really pleased with the whole process, from start to finish, great advice, easy process and we ended up getting a better sale price than we expected :)

With out doubt Karen is the best agent we’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking to sell in Hallett Cove she’s your lady, don’t settle for anything less than the best!
Karen is thorough professional and have an excellent market knowledge. She guided me throughout the process as it is my first home as a buyer and it's just been 2 years in Australia. So I didn't quite understand the market and process here but Karen guided me with a lot of patience. I will definitely recommend her.
Very enthusiastic agent, & professional Karen worked above beyond supporting us with finding our next home…& selling our house.. Very impressed with her keeping us in the loop…. Except communication… & guidance… I would highly recommend Karen as your agent thank you
