My home got an unflattering appraisal pre sale inspection and the buyer offered a lower price. Karen advised for me not to reduce the price and found an independent inspector who was more realistic and though it cost me, I was well rewarded buy a return to the original offer. It speaks to Karen's integrity that she recommended that I hold out. The house price does not vary the percentage of agent fees that much however the extra money was of great importance to me.
