Being the executor of my mother's estate and selling our family home of 42 years was a challenge. Living on the other side of the city added to this challenge, I needed an experienced agent in the Hallett Cove area having researched the top selling agents in the area I had a short list of two. As I needed to move swiftly due to personal commitments and Christmas approaching, I called Karen and another agent requesting an appraisal on short notice Karen was able to meet me the next day but unfortunately the other agent couldn't see me for at least another week. Karen was totally professional with her approach to selling the home, I needed to do quite a bit of tiding up to get the property ready to sell and Karen was able to help me with a gardener and a cleaner at very short notice and just over a week before Christmas! Whilst other agents were having a rest during the festive season not Karen, putting the home on the market at 7.30pm Christmas eve whilst the others were celebrating! Then showing the home over the next 2 weeks enquiring groups, until the buyer was found. Karen has a can-do attitude and nothing will stop her.
