Simply the best!

When our family decided to place our house on the market, we put a lot of homework into finding the best agent we could find. We studied local sales results (not simply volume, but how did they compare to similar properties in the area), and read many client reviews. The name Karen Nelson stood out like a beacon. From the first moment we met Karen, we were impressed. Karen put us at ease, outlined a strong sales strategy and assured that she would be with us every step of the way. Typically, in the sales industry this can be simply a flippant remark, but Karen meant everything she said. Nothing was too much. Karen’s knowledge of real estate and the Hallett Cove market particularly, is encyclopaedic. Karen’s ability to read the market and always be on the front foot in taking every advantage to promote our house was something else. In presenting our house, we soaked up Karen’s advice like a sponge. She was always happy to help, even if it was well outside of business hours. Karen’s work at the very busy opens and the follow up work was exemplary. Our house sold after two opens and considerably above our top asking price. We felt for our neighbours, who sold their also well-presented but bigger house with another agent, for far less only one month before. We are your typical Mum and Dad with kids.
