Karen excelled in all aspects of preparing for and executing the sale. We needed recommendations for various services to prepare the house and also perform the administrative work (such as conveyancing) and all of Karen's recommendations were very good. We also had issues with the family members involved in the sale often being out-of-state, but Karen stepped in and did what needed to be done, even with jobs that weren't really her responsibility. All this was done in a friendly and engaging spirit. The real estate market took a dip between the appraisal and listing the house, but Karen drew on her solid market knowledge to make the call that we should stick with the original price. This turned out to be a good call that probably saved us a considerable amount of money. The scheduled settlement was cancelled at the last minute due to issues with our buyer selling their house. Karen stepped in and did all she could to sort this situation out, and it did get sorted out and we managed to avoid financial penalties and other hassles. Overall, the whole house selling process went better than we expected it to, and Karen was a big part of that.
