Karen was a godsend in selling my house. She was always available to discuss concerns, ideas etc and spoke with knowledge and experience but in simple language to alleviate any crossed thoughts. She was knowledgeable about the trends, neighbourhood highlights and other houses in the area. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their house.
I had seen Karen perform very well at earlier auctions in my vicinity and I chose her over other agents for her more friendly, welcoming approach and for her demonstrated sales success in the vicinity. Karen showed excellent knowledge of the market in the area and, as a resident herself, was very well informed about all of the district attractions. She was very well organised and punctual in our meetings and had excellent contacts to perform minor works I wanted done before sale and to help with down-sizing tasks that I needed done. Karen was very obliging to my requests for help or information and replied promptly to all my approaches. She maintained excellent communications with my conveyancer so that the whole sale process proceeded without a hitch. Although Karen and I agreed initially on an auction strategy for my property, she was able to match a known buyer immediately contacts were produced so that I was able to avoid marketing costs while achieving a sale price above expectations, including those of other local agents who I consulted. I was very happy with the service Karen provided and recommend her service without hesitation.
