Karen was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our house. Her empathy, strong work ethic and excellent knowledge of the market led to a great outcome for us. Thank you so much Karen!
Karen was amazing in arranging all the trades pre sale right through to auction day. She kept us informed after all the open house inspections & we felt confident in her ability to obtain the best possible price on auction day. Her follow up & attention to detail was appreciated.
Karen made the whole experience Hassle Free, with her Professional attitude and most helpful Manner on everything. I would not hesitate in recommending her to Friends & Family.
Karen has been absolutely marvellous in helping us with the sale of our property from start to finish. She works very hard and we could contact her any time with our myriads of questions. She is an ultra-professionall We highly recommend her to clients
We found Karen to be very personable and professional. We felt very confident that we had chosen the right agent to sell our property. Her market knowledge and communication skills shone through all our dealings with her. We would highly recommend Karen to those who are thinking of entering the market, whether to sell or buy a property.
Karen guided us through all the various aspects of preparing our house for sale, and then putting it on the market. She even provided a calendar with a timeline of planned scheduled events (photography, marketing material, building inspection, open houses etc). We knew exactly what to expect and when, there were no surprises. With her knowledge of the local market, and her experience in real estate, we had complete trust and confidence in her. And our trust was rewarded with a fabulous outcome - she sold our home for an outstanding price within 4 days of the first open house. Thank you Karen.
I honestly couldn’t rate Karen highly enough. She is professional, honest and has a vast knowledge and network within the Thornleigh / Pennant Hills & Normanhurst area. Due to personal circumstances it was my strong preference to sell our property off market to avoid several open homes. Not only did Karen sell our property at the first open but she achieved a price that exceeded our wildest expectations. Aside from being an excellent agent I found her to be a very compassionate & caring person, who was so willing to help and go above and beyond. Your property sale will be in safe and capable hands with Karen.
I read Karen's other reviews and can concur that I have had exactly the same amazing experience. Selling a home is very stressful and Karen remained calm and provided all the professional advice and assistance needed to get me through and so much more. Karen is just lovely, friendly and personable and goes above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone who is daunted by the experience, she had a number of reliable tradespeople to refer to when I was struggling to get help in that area. Karen helped me achieve the very best result on my property sale with her experience and knowledge of the current very challenging market.
Thank you so much Ms Karen Unbelievable you make the highest record in my property area sale
