I know you might have heard different things about real estate agents. I can tell you, we found a good one and that’s Karen. She is excellent, very patient and provides right advice. She provided us genuine advice and was with us in all the steps. She worked tirelessly to sell our property and always kept our hopes high and realistic which made the entire process less nerve-racking , and we could make a right decision.

We first met Karen through our daughter who said she was an excellent and honest agent. She gave us lots of advice on the procedures needed to sell our home as we had been here 47 years and were ignorant as to what to do. All throughout the selling period she kept us informed about all that was happening. We appreciated all that she did for us and would be more than happy to recommend her services to prospective sellers or buyers.

As my husband and I had lived in our home since we bought the land and built the Pettit &Sevitt house, it was a wrench initially to decide to leave, and move into Retirement Village. The process from beginning to the auction went as smoothly as we could have wanted. Thanks to Karen we were able to negotiate cleaning, garden maintenance and floor polishing with the minimum of fuss. The call backs went like clockwork, Kare was on the ball, on time and gave comprehensive coverage of the interest in our home. This made it easier to make the final drawing back and letting go. If I had any regret, it would be the length of the settlement time. Not Karen’s issue really, but this has made the moving on a bit tiring. The period over which we finally got to sale was very protracted, owing to many delays in the construction of our new premises. Karen was with us all the way, always pleasant, and with helpful advice, especially with regard to the many tasks one faces only when selling the family home.
