Karen was great to deal with but especially helpful at day of settlement. We were overseas when one of those massive Victorian windstorms blew through the night before settlement. Karen kindly went to the property to make sure no trees had fallen causing infrastructure damage that might impact settlement or be needed for insurance. Thankfully everything was fine but really appreciated that she did that for us. Thanks again!
