Karen from the outset was very enthusiastic and encouraging regarding the sale of my property. Whilst she may not have had a great deal of prior experience, she more than made up for it by being very professional with quickly returning calls, providing information, following up on questions, and keeping me up to date with developments. She even taught me how to use a selling platform! It was a difficult time to sell just prior to the storms and the subsequent devastation afterwards. Because we lost both phone and internet coverage for a while Karen took the time to drive to my home to keep me up to date. Later, I found her negotiation skills with potential buyers to be of a very high standard which subsequently ensured a good result which I was very happy with.
