Karen showed us true passion and dedication when selling our land. We had a price range on our block of land, there were 3 interested parties in purchasing the land. Karen negotiated between the 3 parties for 2 days until she was down to $500 increases in the bidding. Finally due to Karen's determination we reached the very top of our price range. The top bid was reached on a Sunday night at 8pm, Karen then went back to her office that night prepared contracts on our land, so the sale could be secured. All contracts were signed by 10pm that night. Karen is an amazing agent, that I would definitely do business with again.
