Once again Karen has secured the sale of an investment unit for us. A little over 2 years ago Karen did an amazing job securing the sale of our first investment unit in only a matter of weeks. This time we were faced with a very tough and competitive market. Karen's advice was not always what we hoped to hear but we absolutely appreciated her honesty and trusted her knowledge and research of the market.
