Having owned our house and property for 52 years we needed to downsize. Our home which we built in the 1960’s was large on a steep double block with a pool in Taringa. This is the second time we have sold a property through Place and Karen in 2018 and have experienced excellent results both times. The first property was in Karen's backyard of Chelmer and the second 10 minutes away in the suburb of Darra. We were initially concerned that maybe we should place the second listing with a local agent.
