Trust a real estate agent? Actually yes. Right from the start Karen had my trust. You could just see that she was saying it how it is. And Edward earned it as well. They make a great team. We were never left in the dark, our calls were always returned, we always felt that the agents were working for us (which is so unusual that if we were ever to buy again I would approach these two to see if they would act as our buying agents) and I have not met a better negotiator than Karen. Just fabulous.
