I have bought and sold a lot of property in Melbourne's Brighton Suburb in the past. Not through MCGrath though. When I engaged Karen to sell my property, I had just had major cervical spinal surgery and was in a very fragile state. She seemed very nice and very caring and assured me that she would be there for me every step of the way. As soon as the contract was signed the first time, she did not want to conduct any more opens . . . and went out of her way for the buyer . . . I was not happy about no more opens just in case . . . Then low and behold the buyer pulled out . .. and we had missed a whole weekend of opens thanks to Karen.. . who couldn't be bothered to do the opens .. . Then another buyer made an offer and I met Karen at a local bar to sign the contract. She was happy to drink champagne with me to celebrate and then she hastily left, leaving me to pay the bill . . . How rude! Again she did not want to do any more opens and before the buyers finance was even approved she listed my property on the website as under contract? I questioned her about this premature under contract status, and from then on was ignored and dropped like a hot potato... After only conducting 2 weekends of opens she didn't want to spend any more of her time ... Furthermore her agency MsGrath Real Estate Southport did not even bother to contact me upon settlement or thank me for the business . . . Nothing . . . I wouldn' t recommend Karen or the Agency . . . after my experience.

Karen and Edward were 100% committed to our sale. Highly organised. Can't fault their team. Sold in 3 days. Would use again.
