Karen showed excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills throughout the sales process. Karen’s skills came to the fore, in particular when the initial buyers had a change of mind that may have meant a no sale. Karen displayed a calm and soothing demeanour that guided us through a difficult time and that was greatly appreciated. Her efforts helped enormously to reduce the anxiety we were experiencing.

Karen gave the home constant exposure with weekly exhibitions, reporting each Saturday with a summary of those who had attended. Given that we started just prior to the crisis in the middle east and faced interest rate rises and then the budget news, I feel she was tenacious, energetic and perseverent with excellent communications and access. What we had hoped was a simple home to sell faced considerable headwind and the revisions on price were carried out constructively with sensitivity and objectivity, we are very pleased with the final result.

We live 5hrs away and Karen made it very easy to navigate the sale process. She organised subcontractors to fix a couple of things as well as sort out the final removal of items in the home prior to settlement. Karen was very persistent with the open homes and we were happy with the final result. We will defiantly be using Karen again if we need to do business in Batemans Bay of surrounding areas.
