I didn't know what to expect when selling and I was really pleased how easy the whole process was. I barely had to a thing. Filled out a couple of forms and that was pretty much it!! Karen was very transparent about fees and charges for the whole process and was good to her word.

From first meeting Karen, I was impressed by her professionalism. While providing us with information about the property and the sellers’ reception to offers, Karen was careful to always act on the sellers’ behalf. Karen showed the house to us outside of scheduled open times, even though there had already been an open house that day. Throughout the process of offers, Karen kept us up to date, and always got back to us within stated time frames. Karen was warm, enthusiastic and very pleasant to deal with. Karen was extremely helpful. Firstly to organise inspection at the last minute and late in the day. We then had a tricky contract exchange due to external factors and Karen was very helpful with that as well and contracts exchanged on time. When we requested a second inspection to show our daughter she organised it no problem even though she had an extremely busy schedule. Karen has also assisted with things outside of the sale such as finding possible adgistment for my wifes horses.
